Saw Daniel Tosh and it was a good show. Staff were plentiful and helpful. Drink line was huge but that's always the case at every venue it seems. Mezzanine view was pretty good. Not sure there is a bad seat in the house.

Of course the venue is beautiful. I didn't give 5 stars because: The acoustics were poor sitting on the main floor not 1/2 way down and under higher level seating. Now about the music and performers. First on the program was Antonin Dvorak's Othello Overture, Op. 93 I like the composer; however, being the first piece on the program many of the musicians were not quite in tune. Some didn't attack notes together etc. Second was: Andy Akiho's Sculptures: Concert for Orchestra and Video. It had many movements and other information I may add later. My opinion is for very avant garde music, it wasn't bad. I like the genre yet a few of the movements were not to my taste. Well performed and composed but not my cup of tea. I will say that his choice of media was incredible. Last was why I went: Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 6 in B minor, Op 74. "Pathetique". 4 movements. As always, some of the audience didn't wait until it was finished to express themselves. The intonation was better as was the execution. Of course they had played it many times. Overall a satisfying experience. I hope to get back to say more.
